Hi!
My school is pretty weird with uniforms. I really want to make it look the best I can though, and need some help.
Tops:
We have to wear polo shirts. Khaki, white, light blue, or white/light blue, black/blue/white, white/black. The combo colors are school polos so they’re not very fitting or cute. The others can be from anywhere though.
Undershirts can be khaki, light blue, or white, and for girls black.
Bottoms:
Khaki or black. No jeans/denim, trouser or cargo style. Everyone wears skinnies though, and mostly nobody notices if they’re black skinny jeans.
Hoodies:
Grey Hollister hoodie(new- will probably wear everyday)
Light blue Aeropostale hoodie(kinda big and older)
Yellow oversized hoodie(rather not wear that..)
Thin white Aero hoodie
Long black thin hoodie(good for warmer days..)
Other:
No red hoodies or undershirts. Will be confiscated.(red is a “gang color”)
We can wear any jewelry/makeup, and any shoes as long as they’re closed toe and close back.
This is what I have..
Tops:
Light blue, white, and khaki polos from another store. I have white/light blue, black/white, and tri colored polos from school too, but they look terrible on me and I almost never wear them.
I have a white and black undershirt
Bottoms:
Black skinny pants that I think are cord pants? They’re soft.
Khaki cargo skinnies
Khaki cargo shorts(like boys wear. its a new trend at school but I don’t like wearing them anymore)
Khaki shorts from American Eagle
Black shorts from JCP
Black capri type pants from JCP
Black skinny jeans
Black leggings, trying to get a black or khaki skirt
Shoes:
All black converse low tops either black or rainbow laces
Black converse high tops
All black van type shoes(target)
2 pairs of converse I designed- one is slip on the other is kinda big
One black flat- searching for other
For my hair + makeup:
I usually leave my hair down. Either wavy or straightened. My hair is puffy and thick, but if I put gel in it and it dries in a bun it comes out nice and wavy
I wear concealer every day, and sometimes eyeliner. Usually I use light tan eyeshadow right under my eyebrows and some eyeshadow where it belongs(sound weird. lol)
Sorry it’s long, but any outfit + hair/makeup ideas or suggestions? Any cheap stores with cute uniforms? I always seem to wear the same thing every day- khaki polo and black skinnies. I just got the white and light blue today so I can wear those now.

black bottoms – white or light blue shirts
khaki bottoms – white or light blue shirts
So, I guess just dump the khaki shirts? XD
Flats look good with skinnies.
Converse look good with anything!
Start doing your hair. It’s the one place you can really be creative, and even if you’re stuck in a lame uniform, your hair will still make you look good. Check out the bazmillions of hair styles on youtube for ideas.
